The kitchen is the heart of the home

These homeowners were looking to transform their 90’s home to an open floor plan with more kitchen cabinetry and counter space.

The wall between the kitchen and the former dining room was removed to create a big open kitchen space with an eating area and built in desks.

Columns and a railing that separated the kitchen and living room were also removed to open the first floor further. Wood floors were installed throughout, the popcorn ceiling texture was removed from the ceiling, and recessed lighting was installed in all the rooms making the space even brighter.

The customer had us continue the herringbone marble tile on the fireplace surround with wood beam mantel and also had a new Anderson sliding door installed.
